Shipping & Returns
Sterling Walsh Publications will do its best to ship all orders in a timely fashion.
If at all possible, orders will be shipped within 24 hours, excluding non-business days, holidays, and weekends. Availability of the product and the destination of the order will affect delivery time.

We will choose the least expensive method of shipping unless another method is requested by the customer. Contact us for questions concerning shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that an order needs to be returned, you must contact Sterling Walsh Publications within 30 days of the shipping date in order to receive return authorization.
Incorrect or defective orders may be returned for a refund or replacement within the 30 day time frame, and must be returned in the same new condition as they were when shipped.

If a return is necessary due to the purchaser’s error, said purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be borne by Sterling Walsh Publications if the error is the publisher’s fault.
